All quotations are subject to change and non-binding unless confirmed in writing.

- Fuel surcharges

- Operational changes
3. Customer Obligations
The customer is responsible for:
- accurate shipment information
- proper packaging of the goods
- compliance with legal regulations
- required export and import documents

4. Liability
Hashmi Freight Systems (operating under the brand 'HFS Global') acts as a provider of freight forwarding and logistics services.
Liability for loss, damage or delay is limited to the legally permissible extent under German law and applicable transport conventions.
Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded unless caused by wilful intent or gross negligence.
5. Customs & Compliance
The customer remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of all customs declarations as well as the contents of the shipment.
6. Terms of Payment
Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice or quotation. Late payments may lead to delays, additional costs or the suspension of services.
7. Force Majeure
Hashmi Freight Systems (operating under the brand 'HFS Global') is not liable for delays or interruptions beyond our control, in particular in the event of:
- Strikes
- Port congestion
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Governmental measures
- War or political unrest
8. Insurance
Transport insurance is arranged exclusively upon the express written request of the customer.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the business relationship shall be Buxtehude, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
